FULL REFUND - available for requests made up to 10 days before the festival receive a 100% refund (minus processing fees). Less than 10 days until festival, tickets are non-refundable.
TICKET TRANSFERS - all festival tickets are transferable at no cost.
EVENT CANCELATION - if the festival is cancelled, purchasers will receive a 100% refund (minus processing fees).
WEATHER - in case of weather that significantly impacts the safety of the entire event, partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of festival administration.
Adult and Youth ticket holders may enter the canyon Saturday at 8am, enjoy the festivities until the 8pm!
